Newcomer: Yifan Luo

Yifan Luo is a research master's (psychology) student at the University of Amsterdam. Before moving to Amsterdam, he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Tsinghua University, Beijing. 

Yifan recently joined MPI and the Multimodal Language Department as a student assistant, working with Dr. Paula Rubio-Fernández and her team. He will mostly work around large vision language models and investigate their properties.

He now lives in Amsterdam. In his free time, he enjoys reading books, exploring local cafés, and jogging in the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos.
