At Max Planck Institute, I'm supporting the Communications team as Senior Communications Adviser a.i., bridging the gap between the Head's leave (mid May) and the start of her successor. I'm a seasoned marketing, communications and content adviser, writer, and Scientific researcher in behavourial change. I have worked in leading roles, in strategic consulting roles, and in hands-on tactical-oprational roles.
My power is connecting the dots, distilling vision and strategy from the fog, and developing creative, actionable plans. I love giving people energy and facilitating job satisfaction, forging structures, processes, plans and teams that contribute to optimal results.
My passion is writing: what started with interviews for gritty metal magazines during my 3 studies Dutch Language & Culture, Communication Science and Brand Management, resulted in my first novel (Popover) in 2020. Beware, I think in lyrics...
